WFCA All-State and Player of the Year Awards

The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association has announced its 2019 All-State, Player of the Year, and Assistant Coach of the Year Awards. For the second year, the WFCA has produced separate All-State teams for Large Schools and Small Schools. This change coincides with an adjustment to the Region and District structure within the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association. To see the new Region groupings, please click here.

The WFCA Coach of the Year will be released after the state finals.

In the Large Schools, Bay Port senior running back Isaiah Gash was selected as the Offensive Player of the Year. Muskego junior defensive back Hunter Wohler was chosen as the Large Schools Defensive Player of the Year. Racine Lutheran senior running back Tyler Tenner was named the Offensive Player of the Year for Small Schools, while Stratford senior defensive end Ben Barten took home WFCA Small School Defensive Player of the Year recognition.

Marshall Lehman of Stratford was selected as the WFCA Assistant Coach of the Year.
