Wautoma High School is seeking applicants for Head Varsity Football Coach for the 2020-21 Season and beyond. The actual start date will be summer 2020, but as soon as the board approves the hiring, the coach will meet with the Athletic Director to begin planning. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, mentor, and instill sportsmanship qualities in students. Strong communication and organizational skills required. It is a requirement that all staff members serve as a positive role model for students.
• Thorough knowledge of football skills and game management
• Use different coaching methods and motivational strategies
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, other sports and school employees
• Ability to relate to students, parents and community members
• Capability to work with our youth football program, Wautoma Youth Football
• Work with summer strength crew to develop strength and conditioning programs for all athletes
• Able to run daily practices from 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Prior experience coaching high school football

BDHS is home to over 1000 students from Beaver Dam and surrounding communities. The BDHS football program currently competes in the Badger North/Large Conference and WIAA playoff series. All coaches are expected to teach and model the core values of the Beaver Dam High School Athletic mission statement, embedding the teaching and modeling of good character, hard work, leadership, respect, discipline, accountability, honesty and integrity into the overall program. While striving to win, BDHS coaches must create a positive experience for all participants.
Candidates must be licensed to teach in Wisconsin or be eligible for NFICEP certification. Candidates must have knowledge of the technical aspects of football at an advanced level and demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders for the benefit of the entire program. Candidates must have the ability to successfully work with and motivate student-athletes both in and out of football season and have a comprehensive 12-month plan for individual student-athlete and overall program success.

The Kohler-Lutheran-Christian football co-op is looking for two coaches for the 2020 season. One position would serve as JV Defensive Coordinator and the other as a position coach. Both coaches would be expected to coach positions on both sides of the ball. Position coach spots can be: running back, tight end/wing back, outside linebacker, inside linebacker, safety, cornerback. The KLC football program has about 35 participants with a healthy youth program. The program is filled with many young, talented football players, including 10 returning starters on both sides of the football. New Berlin West High School in New Berlin, WI is looking for Two Varsity Assistant Coaches and Two Freshman Assistant Coaches for the 2020 Season. The Varsity Positions are Defensive Coordinator and Varsity Reserve Defensive Coordinator. Both positions will serve as a defensive position coach for players grade 10-12. The Freshman positions will be Freshman Offensive Coordinator and Freshman Defensive Coordinator. The Freshman positions will also come with Freshman O and D position coach responsibilities. New Berlin West is coming off its first conference championship in 28 years and has a supportive administration, Booster Club, and parent group. All positions are currently stipend only. Cudahy High School located in Cudahy, WI is looking for an Offensive Coordinator for next year, 2020 and beyond. Expectations would include; development and installation of offense, coordination and development of offensive staff, and assignment of film and scouting responsibilities. Eligible candidates would also be expected to lead an offensive position group as well as assist with a defensive position group and with special teams. Preferred candidates must have experience coaching at the high school level. Coordinator experience will be helpful.

Saint Mary Catholic MS: Head Coach and Assistant Coaches. Working closely with the SMC Varsity HC, OC, and DC, the MS Head Coach will be responsible for all aspects of the SMC Middle School Program, but are not responsible for scheme development as that task has already been completed. There is also an opportunity for the MS HC to assist at the varsity level.
